Evergreen Reset Co LLC provides services that may include credit education and consulting, credit-related administrative services, business funding consulting and funding-readiness services, business credit services, tradeline education or related services, and other technology-enabled services.

The availability and scope of particular services may vary and may be governed by a separate service agreement or other written authorization.

Information provided through Evergreen's website, portal, educational materials, communications, or other resources is provided for general informational and educational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing on the website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

You should consult an appropriately licensed or qualified professional when advice specific to your individual circumstances is required.

Evergreen does not guarantee that any particular information will be removed, deleted, modified, or updated on a consumer credit report.

Evergreen does not guarantee any specific increase in a credit score or guarantee that a client will qualify for credit, financing, housing, lending products, or any other financial product or service.

Results vary based on each individual's credit profile, the accuracy and completeness of information being reported, responses from consumer reporting agencies and furnishers, and other circumstances outside Evergreen's control.

Consumers have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information on their own without hiring a credit consulting or credit repair company.

Clients purchasing credit-related services may be required to enter into a separate written service agreement and receive disclosures and cancellation notices required by applicable law. If these Terms conflict with a signed client service agreement concerning purchased services, the applicable service agreement will control with respect to those services.

Evergreen may provide education, consulting, administrative assistance, or referrals relating to tradelines, authorized-user accounts, business credit accounts, or other credit-building strategies.

A tradeline is an account that may appear on a credit report. Tradeline-related services may involve third-party account holders, account providers, data furnishers, consumer reporting agencies, or other independent parties.

Evergreen does not guarantee that a tradeline or account will be approved, opened, added to, reported on, or remain on any credit report. Evergreen does not guarantee that a tradeline will improve a credit score, credit profile, creditworthiness, funding eligibility, or approval odds.

Reporting practices, eligibility requirements, account age, credit limits, utilization, payment history, account status, and the timing or duration of reporting may vary by account provider, data furnisher, consumer reporting agency, and individual circumstances.

Evergreen does not control whether a third party reports information to a consumer reporting agency or how a consumer reporting agency receives, processes, displays, updates, or removes information.

You are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and complete information and for reviewing any tradeline-related arrangement before agreeing to it. You may not misrepresent your identity, relationship to an account, income, business ownership, account history, or any other material information.

You may not use Evergreen's services to create, obtain, or maintain a tradeline through fraud, deception, identity misrepresentation, unauthorized access, false statements, or any other unlawful conduct.

Evergreen does not advise or encourage clients to misrepresent their identity, financial circumstances, relationship to an account, or intended use of credit. Tradeline-related services are not intended to create a false credit history or conceal inaccurate, incomplete, or negative information.

Third-party tradeline providers or account holders may impose their own eligibility requirements, fees, agreements, privacy policies, and cancellation terms. Evergreen is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, decisions, reporting practices, availability, or performance of third-party tradeline providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Tradeline-related services may be subject to additional disclosures, written agreements, eligibility requirements, and cancellation rights. If a separate tradeline or service agreement applies, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.

Evergreen may assist businesses and business owners with funding readiness, identifying potential financing options, preparing or organizing information, and connecting clients with third-party lenders, brokers, funding providers, or other financial service providers.

Evergreen is not a bank and does not independently guarantee the approval or issuance of financing.

Evergreen does not guarantee approval, funding amount, interest rate, repayment terms, credit limit, timing, or any other financing outcome.

All funding decisions and final terms are determined by the applicable lender, funding provider, or financial institution.

Evergreen may use or integrate with third-party services for functions such as accounting, payments, credit-related services, tradeline-related services, communications, document processing, identity verification, hosting, and other business operations.

Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider's own terms, privacy policy, and agreements.

Evergreen is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, policies, or services of third-party providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Certain Evergreen services may require creation of an account or access to a secure client portal.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and promptly notify Evergreen if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised or used without authorization.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, Evergreen's systems, or any systems connected to Evergreen.

You agree that information and documents you provide to Evergreen will be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Evergreen may rely on information provided by you or by third-party services you authorize.

You are responsible for notifying Evergreen of material changes that could affect the services being provided.

Fees, payment schedules, cancellation rights, refund terms, and other conditions applicable to purchased services will be disclosed during enrollment, checkout, or in the applicable service agreement.

Where a separate service agreement applies, that agreement controls the financial and cancellation terms for the applicable service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

By providing your email address or other contact information, you consent to receiving service-related electronic communications from Evergreen, including account notices, billing information, appointment communications, document notifications, security notices, and other communications related to services you request.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and available opt-out rights.

If you separately consent to receive SMS or text messages from Evergreen, Evergreen may send messages consistent with the consent you provided.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing Evergreen's services.

You may opt out of applicable text communications by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact Evergreen using the information below.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Evergreen's website, portal, software, branding, logos, graphics, written materials, workflows, and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Evergreen Reset Co LLC unless otherwise indicated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, reverse engineer, exploit, or create derivative works from Evergreen's proprietary materials or technology except as permitted by law or with Evergreen's written authorization.

You may not use Evergreen's website, portal, or services to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity
• Provide information or documents you know to be fraudulent or materially false
• Misrepresent your identity, relationship to an account, income, business ownership, or financial circumstances
• Obtain, arrange, or maintain a tradeline or credit account through deception, identity misrepresentation, or unauthorized access
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Evergreen systems or accounts
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with website or portal security
• Impersonate another individual or business without authorization
• Use Evergreen's services in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another person

Evergreen may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect its systems, users, business, or legal obligations.

Evergreen's collection, use, protection, retention, and disclosure of personal and business information is described in Evergreen's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Evergreen works to maintain reliable website and portal services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security events, third-party provider interruptions, internet outages, or circumstances outside Evergreen's reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Evergreen's website and online services are provided on an "as available" basis.

Evergreen does not warrant that the website, portal, or online services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every security vulnerability.

Nothing in this section limits warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Evergreen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the website or online services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another mandatory law controls.

Evergreen may update these Terms as its services, technology, integrations, or legal obligations change.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through additional means when appropriate.

Continued use of Evergreen's website or online services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
